Beth Carter

Born and raised in Punxsutawney, PA, Beth moved to the Lake Norman area in 1996. Currently, she resides in Denver, North Carolina.

Beth’s primary areas of practice are representing consumers or businesses in bankruptcy. Beth can assist in determining what chapter bankruptcy may be beneficial based on your specific circumstances – a chapter 13 repayment plan or a chapter 7 liquidation. Additionally, if there is a way to resolve your financial situation outside of bankruptcy, Beth will outline and discuss these options with you.

For those individuals who may be eligible for social security disability benefits, Beth offers her services to assist in:

• preparing initial requests
• filing and prosecuting appeals
• assisting in calculating the right level of benefits

Beth is licensed to practice in the Eastern, Western and Middle District Federal District Courts in North Carolina.
