William L. "Bill" Ellison
 
   
 

Mr. Ellison was born in Beaufort, North Carolina. He earned his undergraduate degree in 1993 and went on to receive his law degree from the Norman A. Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. Mr. Ellison is licensed to practice in both North and South Carolina and is admitted to practice in all Federal courts in North and South Carolina.
