On
Sept. 22, volunteers, family and friends of Angels of ’97
will gather at Birkdale Golf Course for the third annual Puttin’ Fore
a Purpose golf tournament. Their goal is to raise $10,000 for
scholarships for students of both North Meck and Hopewell high
schools. Golfers will honor the lives of the five original students,
as well as countless others who have died. And as the 125 golfers
begin their rounds, the families of those who have lost loved
ones will gather to remember, grieve and grow.
“ It’s amazing the lives you touch without realizing it,” Cami
Meador says. Angels
of ’97 Puttin’ Fore
a Purpose golf tournament. Presented
by the
McIntosh Law Firm Friday, Sept. 22 Birkdale Golf Course,
16500 Birkdale Commons Parkway, Huntersville.
