Attorney Ted Mitchell seeks to build a relationship with every client who walks through his office door. He makes a point to know his clients beyond the details of their legal matters, and believes that is the key to building a successful practice. A Charlotte-area native, Ted offers his clients more than 20 years of legal experience. Licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, Ted's law practice is focused on construction law, collections, community association law, civil litigation, and will and estate litigation. He is also a certified Superior Court Mediator for North Carolina. He resides in Huntersville, is married with four kids, and enjoys swimming, cycling, and hiking in his free time.
