Lawrence J. Shaheen Jr.

Lawrence J. “Larry” Shaheen, Jr. is a native of North Carolina with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and government affairs. Prior to his tenure with The McIntosh Law Firm, Larry served as General Counsel for a commercial real estate development and management firm.  His experience makes him a tremendous resource and advocate for general business and commercial real estate clients.

His practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate development, property valuation appeals, corporate law, as well as government & corporate affairs.  Larry serves as UNCC Trustee and is Chairman of the Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management Committee.
