The McIntosh Law Firm Named to 2018 Business North Carolina Best Employers in NC List

The McIntosh Law Firm, provider of legal services to executives, entrepreneurs, investors, non-profits, and individuals, has been named to Business North Carolina’s 2018 Best Employers in North Carolina list.

The Firm recently celebrated its 20 year anniversary and is headquartered in Davidson, North Carolina. Practice areas include personal injury and wrongful death, corporate and business law, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning and administration, as well as creditors’ collections and general civil litigation.

The 2018 Best Employers in North Carolina, released in the May edition of Business North Carolina magazine, is the result of a two-part assessment of North Carolina companies across multiple business sectors. In part one of the assessment, the Employer Benefits and Policies Questionnaire, employers answer multiple questions detailing company policies, practices, and demographics.

In part two of the assessment, the Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey, employees assess their companies on 78 statements related to categories like Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training and Development, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement.

The assessment administrator, Best Companies, tabulates the results and selects the Best Employers in North Carolina honorees, dividing the list into a small-to-medium employer group (from 15-249 employees) and a large employer group (more than 250 employees). With 52 professionals on staff, the McIntosh Law Firm earned recognition in the small-to-medium group.
