Teri and her husband own Eleven Lakes Breweries and like most breweries, Eleven Lakes started in the garage. After 3 years, Teri “gently” suggested that they find a legitimate space for what was now an enormous hobby.
Teri agreed to retire from her volunteer job at the hospital to run the tap room with one caveat: that she would be able to use the tap room as a place to scratch her philanthropic itch.
Since then they have held many fundraising events at the brewery supporting everything from animal rescue organizations, pediatric cancer foundations, domestic violence support groups, veterans’ groups and even helping other breweries.
Giving back is our way of saying thank you to a community that has unwaveringly supported us.
The McIntosh Law Firm is happy to recognize Teri Lippy as one of our Hometown Heroes for March. Chris Gelwicks, Community Association & Litigation Attorney with The McIntosh Law Firm, is here to thank Teri for helping to make our community a wonderful place to live. The Firm will be making a donation in her honor.
