Firm Attorneys Teach & Advise UNC Law Students on the Fundamentals of Trial Advocacy

Attorney Jim Fuller recently taught a course in Trial Advocacy at the UNC Law School. Jim is a UNC Law School adjunct professor and has taught this course for years. For the final exam, law students participated in a mock trial and presented a case to a live jury. Facts for the case, which included witness examinations, exhibits, and arguments, were provided by the National Institution of Trial Advocacy.

Attorney Jennifer Errington served as a guest judge for the final exam, which took place in early October. She presided over the mock trial and offered valuable critiques to the students. Errington has also served in a similar capacity for a number of other mock trial competitions.
