Post-Covid Topics: What now? Meetings, communications, and planning

2020 is a year that will be remembered, and discussed, for generations to come. From a community association perspective, all were required to alter how to communicate with members, conduct business, and plan for the future. From pool openings (or closings), community buildings, playgrounds, annual and budget meetings, all were affected. How we deal with these matters going forward, post-pandemic will likely be the subject of scrutiny, legislation, and potentially litigation. His presentation addressed how associations can and should conduct business in a post-COVID world. It highlighted procedures for meetings, facility and amenity usage, planning for contingencies, and addressing complaints. The session rounded out with some Q & A time where Gelwicks provided practical solutions for attendees' concerns.
